Nature of Free Public Proxy Services
ProxyPact aggregates and monitors publicly accessible HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 proxy addresses across the global internet. You expressly acknowledge and understand that:
- Public proxies are hosted, operated, and maintained by unaffiliated third-party machines across worldwide networks.
- Proxy availability, uptime, latency, and throughput fluctuate unpredictably due to external networking conditions beyond ProxyPact’s control.
- You assume sole responsibility and risk when choosing to route web traffic through third-party public nodes.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree to use ProxyPact only for legitimate, lawful purposes in compliance with all local, national, and international laws. You expressly agree NOT to use ProxyPact, its API, or its checker tools to:
Prohibited Activities
Engage in Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, brute-force credential stuffing, botnet propagation, fraud, phishing, ransomware distribution, or unapproved network intrusion.
Responsible Exploration
Academic research, security auditing of owned assets, competitive market analysis, geo-testing websites, automation testing, and web scraping adhering to site terms are welcomed.
Proxy Checker & REST API Guidelines
Our Free Online Proxy Checker (/checker) allows batch validation of up to 50 proxies per execution. Programmatic calls to /api are provided free of charge under a fair-use policy.
- Automated Abuse Prevention: You must not attempt to flood, stress test, or artificially overload the checker backend engine. Repeated malicious requests will trigger automated edge firewalls and IP bans.
- Attribution: When integrating our free public API into open-source repositories or tools, attributing ProxyPact with a link to

THE PROXYPACT PLATFORM, FREE PROXY AGGREGATIONS, CHECKER TOOL, AND API ENDPOINTS ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.
Limitation of Liability
